The high efficiency of the Bohle blending systems is based on the revolutionary and patented counter-current process principle. There are numerous benefits: Effective blending volume of 20-85% of the rated volume. This blending system enables very slow rotating blend speeds - ensuring uniform, gentle blending. Destruction of the granulates is prevented thus positively influencing the tablet hardness. Thanks to the uncomplicated rotational movement, the mixer reduces wear and tear, power consumption and servicing. The mixer also includes a lifting column to adjust the container to any height (up to 8,000 mm) and enabling fast and dust-free filling, blending and discharge.

The different L.B. Bohle blending systems allow the use of square and round containers and the numerous lifting systems, offer solutions to perfectly meet your requirements.
