Ultrasonic flow meter / for natural gas / insertion

Hyperflow-US T ultrasonic flow meter is designed to measure the flow of natural gas and bring it to standard conditions in pipelines of DN 700 and higher. This flow meter can be installed directly on the pipeline using a method which doesnt require a flange. The set of components and the structure of the composition, including additional equipment, is similar in design to the Hyperflow-US "C".

This design allows the flow meter to be installed in the field without lowering the operating pressure of the pipeline.

Flow meter installation, including opening of the pipeline walls and the installation of piezoelectric transducers in the pipeline is accomplished using a certified technological device. If necessary, sensor replacement can also be done in using this device.

The measurement accuracy of this instrument is dependent on pipeline design, and ranges from 1.35 to 1.6%.

Measurement results can be transmitted to other measurement and information systems through RS-232 and RS-485 digital interfaces (protocol Modbus RTU).
