Connecting process controller

Ingersoll Rand IC12M controllers, with best-in-industry compactness, provide a full closed-loop control system. The controllers are equipped with standard features like multiple torque strategies for complex tightening processes, user-friendly digital display, and PTK (Parameter Transfer Key).

The communication-capable IC12M controllers use Ethernet, RS232, Fieldbus or standard I/O. The controllers allow programming of units either using the PTK or via an ICS software (PC running). The units have the capability to handle the most challenging situations, without any overheating risk, thanks to 0 to 60 degree C (32 to 140 F) internal operating range.

IC12M controllers are easy to set and operate thanks to their self-identification and operation of all QE and QM Series tools.
