The Oxygen Pressure Control System from Veeco is a reliable and safe device for controlling oxygen in MBE oxide applications.
It enables accurate and precise control of the oxygen level in the MBE growth module. The control system is fully automated thus saving time as it constantly measures the oxygen levels inside the module and compares it to the operator preset values for ramp rate and pressure set pointpoint. From these it derives a signal variable which regulates the piezoelectric valve to open/close so as to push as much oxygen as required into the growth module.
This device is available for all Veeco MBE systems which use the Molly ECS1 Growth Control Software.The Molly Growth Control Software makes integration and monitoring easy.
