Universal process controller

The universal temperature controller KS 42-1 is useful for both precise and low-cost control tasks across industries. It has an on/off option, continuous PID control, and a 3-point stepping control. The value signal is connected by means of a universal input. A supplementary analog input can be used for measurement of current or as an external set-point input.

The KS 42-1 has three outputs that can be given to 3 relays or 2 relays and a universal output. The universal output can operate a solid-state relay, a continuous current/ voltage output or a two-wire transmitter. The controller works well for furnaces and ovens; burners and boilers, plastics processing and driers
