The SIN type cardan joints feature hardened steel cross pins (assembled along the rotation axis in the central core) and are similar to cross joints, as they transmit torque to the round central core via forks of the two semi-joints. The fork ends are made by milling the semi-joint hubs, ensuring excellent rigidity and improved torque, while lowering space requirements. For models with joints under 60 mm diameter, a special process is used for fixing pins on the forks, with pins articulated only between the central core hole, ensuring larger contact surface, regarding forks, maintaining initial tolerance, for longer periods. For joints that have a diameter of 70, 80, 90, and 100 mm, hardened steel bushings are used in order to fix the pins to the central core.
