When using our stainless steel air feed and ventilation piping systems, Hailo gives you the option of improving and controlling the ventilation in shaft structures using a built-in ventilator.

For the control and neutralisation of unwanted substances in the exhaust air, Hailo supplies the HS and BB granular filters for effective action while inhibiting air flow significantly less than other filter systems.

Active ventilation:

Pipe ventilator 150VO provides for regulated air flow in shaft structures, where passive ventilation is inadequate. 220240 V, ~50 Hz, 58W T60, IP44 (IPX4), 150 m³/hr. Designed to fit into the Hailo DN150 air feed and ventilation system.
BB granular filter:

The BB broadband granular filter is used to control and/or neutralise mercaptan, aminoxide, aldehyde, organic odours and sulphur components. A ratio of one part BB to two parts HS is generally used; other ratios may be more suitable, depending on the composition of the exhaust air.
HS granular filter:

The HS main granular filter is used to control and/or neutralise chlorine, chlorine oxide, hydrogen sulphide, organic acids and sulphur dioxide. The HS granular filter is always the first component when used in combination.
DN150 sieve set:

The sieve set holds the filter material in the system; all other parts are standard.
