CNC machining center / 3-axis / vertical

CNC working centre for worktops and shelves to carry out in automatic all the processings foreseen for kitchen tops: cutting of head-tail, male-female joints, milling of the end part of the top, drillings for sinks and hobs, millings for the assembly hardware and of slots for lamellos.

Furthermore it is possible to drill holes on the shelves for the spotlights, to carry out millings for the extraction hoods, to mill the end part of the shelves and drill the holes for fixing the shelves to the wall.

The use of special units makes the machine highly flexible: an example is the use of the milling Singer unit, patented by Essetre, which works from underneath keeping in this way the good side of the workpiece up.

The Multitronic can be combined with our saw Top Saw and our edge-bander Top Bord. In this way, it is possible to realize completely automatic lines specialized in making finished furniture elements out of bars and/or postformed panels: kitchen tops, wall shelves, table tops, cabinet doors, elements for office furniture with postforming on one or both sides.
