The V22 Vertical Machining center is a compact one that meets the rigorous demands for high precision machining as of now and is suitable for machining the small molds of mobile phone and digital camera components, connectors, IC molds and engineering plastics along with electrodes and small precision parts of medical instruments and semiconductor devices. The V22 vertical machining center delivers accuracy, precision and great stability in a compact unit. Made to machine complex materials such as intricate cores, cavities and ceramics, the V22 offers a standard 8.4 kW continuous, 40,000 RPM spindle which is complemented by the patented core cooling and under race lubrication system of Makino. Integrally cast with the machine, the V22 also gives high durability and precision.
