The new FLEXI 7 vertical machining centers with movable worktable, having a 4 or 5 axes configuration, are provided with a X-axis traverse of 210 mm and charging capacity on the movable table up to 2,500 kg. The versatility of FLEXI 7 machining centers meets all the client production needs, using the working capacity of the continuous tilting spindle holder head (B-axis) with a stroke of ±110° and of the continuous rotary table (C-axis) with a diameter of 660 mm, embedded in the movable worktable.
Furthermore, FLEXI 7, thanks to the positioning flexibility of the tilting head, permits to easily operate on large-sized pieces, without interferences, also with the spindle in undercut position, reaching recesses of parts to be machined otherwise difficult to machine.
The FLEXI 7 vertical machining centers have been designed for maximizing the performances in the machining of complex pieces on 5 sides with only one positioning, in the precision mechanics, automatic machines, automotive, transports, automation, equipment, aeronautics, reducers and mould production fields.
