Vibrating level switch / for solids

The vibrating level switch, Pulsar-point210 is used for solid bulk applications. The frequency of oscillation changes when the solid material comes in contact with vibrating probe. The change is detected and a signal is generated to facilitate the changing relay output. It may be used to indicate the material level depending on the chosen configuration, as high, intermediate or low.

The designing of the frequency of oscillation and sharp edged blade profile make sure that the probe can resist the material build ups, which can be related with alternative tuning fork designs. This enables trouble free operation for a longer time.
