Combining two functions into one machine helps save on space and expense. The core of this machine is a vibratory finisher with internal separation (manual or pneumatic) that then feeds the parts into the outer channel which is typically corn cobb media to dry and polish the parts. We offer our standard finishers and long radius finishers in the Combo design. All of the pre-engineered options are available for this product line as well, including separation deck options, automation, sound supression, compound system, and material handling systems. Combination Finisher / Dryers are ideal for maximizing floor space for set part production, but are not as flexible for production as separate machines to do the finishing and drying functions.
