The Nikon Confocal NEXIV VMZ-K6555 uses Nikon's leading opto-mechatronics (optical, mechanical and electronic) technologies. A variety of confocal optics are used for quick and accurate evaluation of fine three-dimensional surface metrology, image processing technology and TT L laser auto-focus. Both 2D and height measurements can be measured in the same view.

The Confocal NEXIV VMZ-K6555 is meant for the supervision and and measurement of critical dimensions of highly complex structures using advanced semiconductor devices, probe cards, substrate patterns on circuit boards, MEMS and various other demanding applications.
