2D Manual Visual Measurement Machines from ELBO are designed to perfection with high quality components to ensure accuracy, reliability and precision for a wide range of applications. It is equipped with image processing for high precision measurements with superior illumination systems, for both Profile and Surface and can be choked (4 sectors of 90° each). It has ultra low distortion lenses and delivers high resolution allowing final magnifications from 20x to 125x; (Optical Magnifications 0,7x ? 4,5x; 1/3? CCD; 17? Video). It comes with ELBO Software as a standard with the possibility to loading external VMM Software from the Market making it flexible. It has the option of preparing and customizing any type of Statistical Process Report (SPC). It can be installed directly in the Control Room or to the Shop Floor.
