The new Bizerba BVS is specially built to put an end to the customer's costly product claims. The device provides an ultimate solution to the labelling lines. Bizerba BVS automatically inspect the label position, the text printed and the color of the foil. The system is also used to verify the packaging sizes and bar codes to ensure the right label is applied to the package. The pusher effectively segregates the defective packages form the production. The Bizerba BVSmaxx multifunctional inspection system is capable to classify the products into various quality grades based on the fat content and also checks the seal of the package for proper sealing.

The system provides packaging inspection from above and below in a highly confined space. The OCR/OCV text reading checks best before date Price, information text, product description, preparation recommendations etc. The system also checks the position and legibility of company logo (branding protection) and also provides 1D and 2D barcode verification
