Positive displacement flow meter / for liquids / in-line

Positive displacement flowmeter with 316 stainless steel body, providing a pulse output. Nitronic SS, brass or carbon graphite rotor dependent on pressure and flow rate range. Hazardous area approved as standard.
Flow range : 0 to 45 l/hr. Minimum subject to fluid viscosity e.g. 0.1 l/hr on 50cSt and 0.018 l/hr with special calibration. 90 l/hr with AGPVD option.
Liquid : Any non abrasive, chemical compatible clean liquid. 0.8 to 1,000,000 cSt. For higher viscosities up to 2000 cSt a reduced maximum flow rate may apply.
Accuracy :
- ±1% reading - linearity.
- ±0.5% reading - with linearisation
- ±0.25% repeatability.
Pressure/ Temperature : Pressures up to 414 bar and above (max 4000bar), temperature from -40 to +150°C. IP68.
Features :
Simple construction with only one moving part and reed switch pulse output. Available with any end connections to suit your application. Female NPT threaded connections standard, wafer fit available.


MF30

Positive displacement flowmeter with 316 stainless steel body, providing a pulse output. Nitronic SS, brass or carbon graphite rotor dependent on pressure and flow rate range. Hazardous area approved as standard.
Flow range : 0 to 90 l/hr. Minimum subject to fluid viscosity e.g. 0.7 l/hr on 3cSt. 180 l/hr with AGPVD option.
Pressure/ Temperature : Pressures up to 414 bar and above (max 4000bar), temperature from -40 to +150°C. IP68.
Features :
