The SiLi X-ray Detectors SXRD (LN2 cooled) are specifically designed with a low-instrument background, a built-in or remote pre-amplifier, a high-energy resolution, and an input window materials including Aluminum, Beryllium or Carbon-fiber. It project a high-energy resolution and a high count rate of 500 MeV/s and ability to increase it up to 1000 MeV/s.

The detector also features an advanced peak symmetry, high count rate indicator, and variable cryostat design modifications. Various accessories also include a multi-channel analyzer (Digital/Analog-Digital), analytical software packages including quantitative and qualitative analysis, ?-spectra modeling and efficiency calculation for complex geometry objects and an extended radio-nuclide library. Furthermore, it has a liquid nitrogen storage and filing system, sensor and monitor, and a cable set extension.
