The Multi-Sak by Kock is regarded as an extended surface air filter, which was designed for most high and medium efficiency air filtration systems. The Multi-Saks come with standard headers, while self-sealing configurations are also available. Next, the multi-sak filters also come with two media choices, Microfiberglass and Synthetic, while the Multi-Sak is capable of operation with rated face velocities between 500 and 3,000 CFM.

The available efficiencies range from 20 to 90%, and there are seven standard face sizes being offered.
