RSW oil free screw compressor has been designed and made by Robuschi. The designing included defining the rotor profile and full development of the compressor, which has been enhanced to reach maximum pressures of 2.5 bar (g). Robuschi engineers have focused primarily on getting highest capacity with reduced energy consumption. RSW has a unique coating, which makes it oxidation-resistant and improves durability.

Wide diameter shafts of the rotors minimize deformations resulting out of internal and external loads. This ensures optimum compressor performance, including in most challenging environments. Fewer number of rounds and a high-performance belt drive improve the service life of bearings. The seals of the conveyed gas and the lubricating oil are wear-free. The rotors provide a low-speed operation of up to 6,000 rounds per minute. RSW provides a noise free operation.
