Nano-UHV100, a two axis UHV compatible nanopositioning stage is made of titanium or invar. Constructed completely from UHV compliant material, it can be baked to 100°C for vacuum applications in the range of 10-10 Torr range. The huge central aperture makes Nano-UHV100 perfect for vacuum microscopy applications. Internal position sensors exploit proprietary PicoQ® technology and offer absolute repeatable position calibration with picometer accuracy. Cable lengths and connectors are tailored for actual installation. Connector wiring perfect with Accu-Glass Products and electrical feedthrough flanges suitable with other types of flanges can be obtained on demand.
