The LMV series is a line of multi-vickers hardness testing systems manufactured by LECO. It is equipped with a closed-loop, self-compensating load cell technology used for various testing operations. This device is also applicable for Knoop and Brinell testing and fracture strength.

Operator errors are decreased by selecting the preferred load, and the machine will complete the operation. It features a two load cells for better repeatability, a wide load selection from 50g to 50kg, and modified load ranges. Furthermore, the unit permits the user to generate customized tests via free load option, suitable for research applications.

It is constructed with a user-friendly interface that offers flexibility for material testing operations. The unit is capable of functioning at the touch of a finger in the touch screen display.
