The FH1 Series of Rockwell Hardness Mail, manufactured by Tinius Olsen, is specifically designed as new generation of hardness testing equipment. This device is configured around a robust C-frame with exceptional stiffness and rigidity. It features a tight loop system which is based on a precision load cell that ensures gauge redundancy and productivity results compared to other rockwell hardness testers.

Moreover, this tester has compliance to, or exceed, the ISO and ASTM standards. The test forces range from 1 to 250 kg f or 550 lb depending on the model, are possible where accurate algorithms, digital filters, and modern electronics ensure exacting force control.

This product has an available depth accuracy which is retained through measurement by an optical encoder directly attached to the indentor shaft. It can also generate in a resolution of 0.1 micron.
