Acoustic level and volume sensor / for solids / high-temperature

The 3DLevelScanner HT is specifically designed to handle high operating temperatures of materials such as alumina, frac sand, clinker and fly ash. It is meant for measuring the level and estimating the volume of high temperature materials in storage silos. It is perfect for use in industries such as aluminum, mining, cement and power, where there may be numerous challenges like higher humidity levels or dust. It also tackles the problem of measuring material in very large silos that are uneven, with the surface area of the bin difficult to measure.

the 3DLevelScanner offers a high operating temperature of up to 356°F (180°C), making it capable of handling material that has been heated during the production process, when it is transferred (still hot) into storage silos.
