Acoustic level and volume sensor / for solids / with 3D surface mapping

The 3D-Level Scanner HC, manufactured by BinMaster®, is generally designed to accurately measure highly-corrosive materials/substances contained in bins, tanks and silos. Furthermore, this device is capable of managing silos in real-time using the 3DMultiVision software or an HMI, thus enabling accurate monitoring of the material volume inside the vessel. During its operation, this device performs measurement from multiple points within the silo in order to ensure that the operators receive a accurate volume measurement of the material inside the bin.

A self-cleaning technology as well as the capacity to infiltrate large quantity of dust is employed by this device, hence enabling consistent performance even in the harshest of environments. Also, an acoustic-based technology, programmed with 3D-mapping ability, guarantee an accurate report of information. This device is built using materials that include HALAR® coating for its mechanical parts, VITON® for the O-rings and a specially-coated stainless steel-made fastener for maximum functionality.
