2-valve manifold / stainless steel

2-valve mini block & Bleed manifold valves are available with a limited warranty of 3 years. It is used to combine the quarantining and venting in a single valve to eradicate the need of plumbing and fitting. The downstream process of fluids is isolated by the block valve. The upstream fluids are depleted by the bleed valve to promote the function of static pressure transmitters. You can remove the switches and gauges without disturbing the perpetual connection of pipe.
You can fit the unit in the compact spaces, because the valve is located at the top and the dual holes are available for left side mounting. It is tested for helium leak to 1 x 10-4 ml/s for optimum reliability and performance. The soft tip valves have a patented Delrin® non-rotating soft tip stem and metal-to-metal seal. The 2602 series feature 10,000 psi pressure at 200 °F and the 2702 series feature 6,000 psi pressure at 200 °F. The secondary seal is located at the full open position and the O-ring seal as well as PTFE back-up ring provide complete protection against erosion. All stems are designed with 316-stainless steel for long life.
