THE NEW REVOLUTIONARY CHAIN LUBRICATION SYSTEM

Rotalube is a chain lubricator that applies precise amounts of oil on to the chain linkages as the chain is in operation.

Typical systems used to lubricate industrial chains are currently:

Drip Feed System: - Which are both unreliable and erratic

Manual System: Equally less successful, as lubricant is either applied by hand or spray can, both options are more costly as they rely on human diligence to ensure that the lubrication is carried out regularly and accurately.

Spit Spray systems:- Generally accurate when new but as the spray nozzles are prone to movement and these systems usually end up being applying oil in the wrong place and system operation increased to counter this .
Over lubrication also encourages the chain rollers to slide, causing flat spots, hence the rollers will not roll. Under lubrication will cause the chain to wear and break down more swiftly, result machine process down-time.
