Bag dust collector / pulse-jet backflow / modular / compact

The filters of the HANDTE BF series are fabric bag filters which use different types of jet cleaning on the filter elements. The HANDTE BF-SL is equipped with fully automated scavenging air cleaning, the HANDTE BF-DL is the variant with fully automated compressed air cleaning. In both versions, the filter elements are arranged in the form of bags. This makes the filters of this series very compact compared to conventional fabric filters of comparable performance. The filter are mounted on sturdy support frames fixed in a front plate by means of clamping elements which are easy to open. The individual filter bags are inserted and removed from the clean gas side. The clean gas room is accessible through a large maintenance and inspection door. To prevent counter-contamination of the filter bags during jet cleaning, the filter bags are spaced. The larger gap width, compared to that of conventional bag filters, allows for smooth separation of fibrous dusts prone to build up.
