AH series automatic horizontal milling and boring machine changes the operating
practices of conventional boring machines completely. This machine is of very high
efficiency and can be widely used for machining in various industries.
Drilling cycle, peck drilling cycle, floating tapping cycle and automatic end face milling
and boring machining cycle can be accomplished by one key with high efficiency.
The machine is easy to operate; with simple training, the operator can operate the
machine, thus the labor cost is low.
Point-to-point automatic positioning accuracy is up to ± 0.02mm.
Perfect safety protection device conforms to general international standards.
Oil return groove is designed ingeniously to achieve reutilization of the lubricating oil.
Headstock is integrated with the hydraulic system of the bed, thus hydraulic oil
consumption is less.
Driving chain is shortened and idle capacity is reduced, thus the power loss is little.
