The Compact Flame Controller unites flame scanner and flame amplifier module in one housing. Compact flame controllers series CFC 2000 / 3000 have been developed for applications on large steam generators and industrial boilers. The goal is the safe and reliable monitoring of fuel burning systems and the provision of criteria to optimize the combustion process and to reduce the emission of pollutants. The system is able to differentiate between the flames from different burners and to monitor these flames selectively.
Due to the non-wearing sensor technology the compact flame controller CFC2000/3000 is almost maintenance free and enables long-lasting and reliable fuel burning operation.
Both relay switching state and flame intensity are displayed on the unit. Installation work becoming unnecessary, no spatial requirements for the evaluation electronics and the use of simple control lines are the essential advantages of these compact flame controllers.
