Flare gas recovery unit

The Environtec FAII series offers an automatically controlled and low-emission gas flare. A long service life and low maintenance are ensured by the functional design of the equipment. The flare operation is automatic; when the controller receives the start or stop signal, fittings are automatically opened, while the ignition sequence is launched at the same time.

The series features a concealed combustion and a wide operating angle. It is also built with a flame monitoring and ignition mechanism. The machine also has certified fittings, including a deflagration protection to Atex.

The gas flare is designed for the combustion of bio gas and other combustible gases pursuant to TA-Air 5.4.8.1 A2. It also includes a pilot burner system, pressure control, fitting line trace heating, and an injection burner upon the user’s request.
