The main aim of Guyson D500, manufactured by cabinet housing specialists in the USA aims to outperform generic cartridge or bag-house collectors and cater to the demands of blast process dust collection. The device promises maximum spark resistance, with its classified AMCA Type A nonferrous blower assembly. In a regular D500, when the operator pushes the button placed on the front of the device, pulsejet cleaning occurs. To clean optimally, the dust collector releases a brief and measured burst of compressed air which can backflush the filter to remove dust from all around it. Uninterrupted blasting performance is possible through microprocessor-controlled automatic pulsing. With its extended height of 104.5 inches, the device offers the performance, capacity and convenience of a 20-gallon roll-away drum.
