This TGW chain conveyor handles pallet loads, grid box pallet loads and other products. It has a maximum load capacity of 1,500kg. Optimized materials guarantee maximum transport reliability and quality both crosswise and lengthwise. For higher loads, the conveyor utilizes driven a third chain strand or center pallet rail to support the weight.

Special features include overlapping chains at transition points as well as a user-friendly tensioner. The chain tension can be readjusted by personnel at any time without the need for special tools thanks to a simple hand wheel. This feature prevents chain overstretching. Additional benefits include preservation of pallet quality, reduced spare part costs, low noise emission and high operational safety. Flexible mounting is provided for accessories such as step plates and sensor brackets.
