Condensation chamber / for level measurement

Application

The EMCO Condensing Pot is used as the wet leg in a liquid
level measurement in connection with a differential pressure
transmitter in boilers and other vessels containing condensing
liquids.

Construction

EMCO Condensing Pots are designed according to DIN 19211 with
connections with thread according to DIN 19207 or weld ends
according to DIN 2559 or ANSI B 16.25 or flanged according
to DIN or ANSI standards. They fulfil the requirements of the
PED 97/23/EC and are constructed from certified materials.

EMCO Condensing Pots are also manufactured with filling
connection or according to customer's requirements e.g. with
½? threaded or flanged.

Process connections :




Butt weld or socket weld ends
21,3 x 3,6 mm, 24 x 7,1 mm,
½" BSP (RG), 3/8" BSP (RG), or
flanged DN 15, 20, 25 ( ½?, ¾? 1?)

Material :




Carbon Steel P265GH, 16Mo3,
13CrMo4-5, 10CrMo9-10, F91
and other materials on request.
