Staple hinge fastener conveyor belt fastener

The Conveyor Belt fastener with Staple Hinged Fastener, manufactured by Flexco®, is specifically designed for mining operations that prefer reliable, narrow-looped staple splice. This device features a beveled edges and recessed staple pockets which are provided to deliver a minimal profile splice with smooth cleaner interface.

Its built-in belt is generated to ensure a precised installation, and can work with plied rubber and PVC belting. This tool has an available steel and stainless steel configuration, and quickly be installed with the use of the portable FST installation device.
