Cable crimping machine / fully automatic

Automatic machines for the production of multipolar cord sets. The available processing equipment can be divided into two main types having different process philosophy and costs:

AWP 432: Product (cable) transfer system utilizing a fixed pitch chain. The production rate varies between 500 and 1200 cables per hour. Such production machines are widely used today for processing electrical cord-sets. This type of line successfully combines the characteristics of high output and flexible production/machine set-up,which predestines it for the flexible processing of large cable batches having various types of insulation (PVC; rubber).

CP 432: Linear motor driven transfer system with a programmable pitch. Production rate is around 450 cables per hour. The innovative and flexible station configuration possibilities available for this machine type allow for new solutions in the multipolar cable wiring. The line successfully joins quality output and easy set up. Most of cable
processing processes are motor driven and electronically controllable.The minimum conductor length for crimping operations is 22 mm.
