Cable crimping machine / fully automatic

Designed for flexible product processing with variable performance,
this modularly designed machine is capable of processing various types of coaxial cables and various types of FAKRA automation standard coax connectors
in 90° and/or 180° versions.

The typical process steps are:

- Cable feeding from a pre-feeder and cutting to length or
- Manual cable loading by operator (pre-coiled or not)
- Outer insulation stripping
- Support sleeve crimping, if needed
- Shield folding back, if needed
- Support sleeve crimping, if needed
- Inner insulation stripping
- Inner connector crimping
- Outer connector feeding, placing and crimping
- Plastic housing feeding, coding verification and assembly
- Product testing and verification
- Product labeling
- Buffering, coiling and packaging
