The High Beta® Process (HBP) Flow Conditioner represents a proprietary-designed flow conditioning unit mainly intended for the removal of cyclonic, turbulent and reverse flow, with minimum pressure loss. These units can be used in a variety of installations, including installations with minimum straight duct runs (upstream or downstream). They provide flow conditioning and accurate air flow measurement, regardless of placement and duct obstructions, as they combine flow-straightening vanes and a flow-profiling section in conjunction with the excellent accuracy of the VAP3® Pitot.
