Filling pipe with pneumatic closure

The pneumatic closable filling pipe for combining with the dosing pumps of the VFL or RD series can easily be integrated in vertical form, fill and seal machines or horizontal pouch machines. It ensures a precise string cut and is perfectly suited for viscous products and also for solid loaded or lumpy media. It is easy to disassemble and to clean - this is big advantage.

Technical data:
- funcional lengths: from 200 to 1,500 mm possible
- standard sizes: 20, 40 und 60 mm diameter
- pneumatic operated plunger: made of POM
- product touching partsf: 1.4404 (AISI 316 L) or 1.4571 (AISI 316 Ti)
- process connections: TriClamp (others on request)

Equipment:
- with air bleed valve
- with pressure sensor for safeguarding of the filling pipe
- incl. pneumatic control unit

Optional:
- different lengths and diameters available on request
- plunger made of detectable POM
