Gas station dispensing nozzle

Nozzles for car and truck refuelling by ELAFLEX / Hiby: ergonomic design, long life, fully serviceable. Suitable for gasoline, also with ethanol content, diesel, fuel oil and biodiesel.

The most outstanding ZVA features are user-friendly, with high flowrate, robust design, long service life. The modular construction method of the ZVA enables economical maintenance and repair work e.g. scuffguards, guard, swivels, anti-kinking sleeves, product badges.

Type ZVA Slimline 2
Automatic nozzle acc. to EN 13012, TRbF 513, ATEX, TÜV, for flow rate up to 70 l/min, HiFlo type up to 80 l/min. Working pressure 0,5 up to 3,5 bar.
Optional with Drip Stop magnet valve. It stops the Diesel dripping within seconds.
Also available as Low Temperature version.

Type ZVA Slimline 2 GR
Automatic nozzle for active vapour recovery. Acc. to EN 13012, TRbF 513, ATEX, TÜV, up to 45 l/min. Design 'GRV' with integrated vapour valve 'On/Off', Design 'GRVP' with vapour proportional valve. Working pressure 0,5 to 3,5 bar.
Also available as Low Temperature version.

Type ZVA 25
Automatic nozzle acc. to EN 13012, TRbF 513, PTB, ATEX for flow rate up to 140 l/min, DN 25. Working pressure 0,5 up to 3,5 bar.

Type ZVA 32
Automatic nozzle acc. to TRBF 513, PTB for flow rate up to 200 l/min, DN 32. Working pressure 0,5 up to 6 bar.

Safety Breaks (EN 13617-2, ATEX)
Type SSB, ESB, CSB und PSB
Self-closing safety break couplings for nozzles, reusable. To protect dispensers, hose assemblies and cars in case of drive-off incidents.
