It is formed by Meehanite cast iron, and therefore is durable & stable. Using CAD/CAE finite element to analyze & design could achieves high rigidity cellular bed to be undistorted. Moreover, integrated column, shortest structure design, & fully-obstructed square main shaft moving block could endure large lateral thrust, and hold heavy electrodes extremely steady. With practically perfect hairline, straightness & perpendicularity, even if it is in the end of travel, and only has a very little drooping oscillation. Equipped with automatic lubrication device & oil cooling machine could control the temperature, and stabilize mold’s machining precision.

[New Power Supply & Control System]
The newly designed power supply control system provides realtime and stable energy control, which is not affected by the environmental fluctuation. Unique discharge detection in combination with high resolution movement control dramatically increases fine finishing speed. Avoids surface hole erosion and creates extra fine surface.
