For shearing and punching flat bar up to 40 mm, the CNC-controlled automated line was designed. The model ALFA PLUS is reserved to slower and more expensive technology in performance of tasks. Triple-head punching units and mountable marking are the means of upgrading. You can best suit your needs with configurable solutions. An automated carriage unit employs pneumatic rollers thus positioning and securing the 12 m length flat bars. For diameters of up to 40 mm, this line is equipped with the single-head punching unit and a shearing station and marking unit for up to 500 mm wide over-sized materials that are up to 40 mm thick.
