The ALFA Plus is a CNC-controlled automated line that works well for punching and shearing flat bars that measure up 40 mm. It performs tasks that were reserved this far for technology that was more expensive and slower. It can be upgraded with a mountable marking and a triple-head punching unit. An automated carriage unit with pneumatic rollers positions can secured, clamped and accurately position the flat bars that measure up to 12 m in length. The machine is equipped with a single-head punching unit for diameters up to 40 mm, and a marking unit and a shearing station for over-sized material up to 500 mm in width, with a thickness of up to 40 mm.
