Drum heater

Models BFVFV and BFVIBC heating blankets and heating bands from ECAS assist clients to control and maintain the temperature of containers and drums. They include electric versatile resistance which is placed in a band or blanket made from glass fiber.

Every heating blanket and band can control and regulate the temperature using a thermostat as is best for the needs of individual projects. Blankets and bands are made for drums which range from 25 to 200 liters and containers of 1,000 liters. Custom blankets are also manufactured.

The drum sizes are 25, 50, 100 and 200 liters, the IBC container is 1,000 liters. The drums operate at varying power (W) with 200 L drum at 750 W, 1,000 W and 1,500 W; 100 L drum at 750 W; 50 L drum at 300 W; 25 L drum at 200 W. The 1,000 L IBC container is at 2,000 W. They operate at temperatures ranging from 0-80ºC. Velcro, grommets, clasps and plastic buckle are used as fasteners.
