Jacket drum heater / high-temperature / for steel kegs

HTSD Drum Heaters have the double insulated heating element. They are specially designed for the melting or reducing the viscosity of products that need higher powers than can be achieved with the HISD type.

They are stitched into a jacket that is made from silicone glass cloth. The HTSD range of side drum heaters are insulated with a stitched blanket of needled silica glass complete with quick release buckles. These features assure very easy installation and removal.
All side drum heaters are equipped with 3 meters of power cable and controlled via fitted thermostat that can vary between 20 and 220°C.
The best advantage of the HTSD drum heater is its ability to operate at high temperatures up to 220c.
There are 4 different sizes available such as 25L, 50L, 105L and most commonly the 200L.
Every version of HTSD heaters has its own internal insulation that guarantees an optimum thermal efficiency.
