Spray bar applies water above and below the cargo stream at conveyor discharge to prevent the escape of airborne dust without requiring containment.

The spray bar system operates at facility water line pressure and is activated using a 110/120V control signal. The spray bars are used in applications where containment is not needed or desired.

Features and Benefits:
Dual system treats both top and bottom of material stream. Outer nozzles on each bar swivel to prevent overspray.
Large 0.094 (2 mm) equivalent orifice nozzles and galvanized fittings accommodate plant water with large suspended particles or high/low pH.
Unistrut and Hose Clamp Mounts allow installation with or without chute wall.
Garden Hose or 1 NTP makes tie-in easy. Manual ball valve allows isolation.
Optional control with a PLC or in tandem with another component (such as conveyor drive pulley).
