The Ona NX series is a range of die-sinking EDM machines which includes over forty different models. It uses a modular design to allow various configurations, including user-specific settings. Machine assembly time is reduced due to the pre-built axes which are employed by the system. The user can get a custom system without additional costs.

Manifold settings of X-Y-Z travels include an X travel distance of 1500, 2000, or 3000 mm; Y travel distance of 750, 1000, or 1500 mm; and a distance of 650, 800, or 1000 mm for the Z travel.

Two cavities can be eroded at the same time or independently through one or two heads which are handled by two separate CNC generators. The machine's bedframe accommodates workpieces with a maximum of 20,000 kg.
