The Alpha C400iA, manufactured by Fanuc, is a Robocut that offers speed and profitability which has been utilized by traditional branches as tool and mould maker, medical technique, PCD-tools as well as for the production of serial parts. It features a high resolution of axis travel responsible for high accuracy measuring system and a self cleaning seal plate that keeps dirt off and increases the maintenance ranges. The automatic front door saves tine while filling and optimizes the usage of the work space. It has X-Y-axes travel of 370 x 270 mm, U-V-axes travel of ± 60 mm and Z-axes travel of 255 mm. Furthermore, it has a maximum work piece size of 700 x 555 x 200 mm, a maximum weight of 500 kg and a maximum draft angle of ± 30°/80 mm and ± 45°/ 40 mm.
