KNUTH presents ZNC 435 L electric discharge machine. It provides highest accuracy and affordability.

The user can easily select work parameters using the simple CNC control. The machine frame design is a combination of latest features and several years of manufacturing expertise. Preloaded ball screws are included in X and Y axes. These screws improve accuracy and reduce maintenance.

A precision spindle, with an independent lubricant circuit, positions the main axis. The circuit helps in maintaining constant spindle temperature, reducing friction and improving accuracy. A premium pump, manufactured by a reputed European brand, is used for driving the dielectric system. Machine operation is intuitive and can be learnt easily. High powered removal and finishing of material is enabled in a single process by the fine-incremented work parameters. Troubleshooting is simplified by the diagnostics information.
