NSW is one of the leading manufacturers of fiber-optic overhead optical ground wires for terrestrial backbone telecommunications lines. The simple basic line of thought is to generate added value from existing systems. Providing terrestrial services to areas not covered or only covered by cable systems to a limited extent is an expensive and demanding undertaking.
