Screen-printed heating element

The thick film conduction heaters that has been manufactured by Watlow has been developed to provide effective, and reliable quality performance specifically for applications that require uniformity and quick response such as seal bars and load dump resistors. Its compact, rigid design is constructed out of 430 stainless steel which has a maximum operating temperature of up to 550 °C with a watt density of up to 75 W/in² as well as a maximum voltage of up to 240V.
